By booking through our website, WhatsApp, or phone, you agree to these terms with Vibes Residential.
Services: we arrange home and lifestyle services in Dubai and the wider UAE. Scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed before your appointment.
Bookings: you must provide accurate contact and address details. Cancellations or reschedules should be made as early as possible; late cancellations may incur a fee if a team is already dispatched.
Payment: prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are confirmed by our team at booking.
Liability: we work with trained professionals but are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (access issues, building rules, severe weather, etc.).
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
